Here are some pictures of the LSMS freight depot in Mishawaka Indiana. These were taken prior to 2002. This structure is across from where the passenger station once stood. At some point some interior shots will be taken that show that the eastern end was added at a date later than the rest of the structure. The first photo is of the east end.

This is the Mishawaka Indiana Depot taken in 1963 by John Strombeck. This building was torn down a long time ago, however the freight station across the tracks in still standing.

Baroda Michigan on July 17, 1920

These photos were purchased from Jeff and John Strombeck and show this station as it was in 1920. Its' still basically the same except for the additions used to convert the structure into a lumberyard.

This is the Baroda Michigan Depot in 2009. It no longer seems to be used as a lumber company and is no longer orange.

Waterloo Indiana

This is a photo taken by Jeff Strombeck on September 15, 1973. It is interesting to see what it looks like today in the following pictures. When it is done being refurbished I will take some updated photos.

Currently Waterloo serves as a stop for Amtrak. This location serves Ft. Wayne Indiana.

The old station has been moved from its original location and is currently being renovated in March of 2010.

This was the eastern most station on the Water Level Route of the New York Central in Indiana.
